well this is my version of pineapple delight. it tastes amazing, again still not sure about the crust. the one in this pic was okay, and then i made it again, but it was too soft. i’ll try another version using the egg yolks not just the egg whites. and maybe cooking it longer. sigh. [...]

coco for coconuts!

yeah, i made the toasted coconut again this am. remembered the oven temp! and it worked out. still baking, will have pics later. here’s the pic. much better than last time.

gaaaaah. ok, so i made the toasted coconut yesterday am and the oven was too hot 350F. so in the eve when i was preparing dinner, i made it again. only i can’t remember if i set the oven at 200F or 250F. aaaaaagh. so now i have to try it again. it did work [...]

plentiful puddings

ok, so i worked on 2 puddings, chocolate orange, and vanilla. they aren’t too bad. i’m not so thrilled with the chocolate pudding photos. actually, maybe i don’t mind them.

blueberry blues

chocolate peanut butter raspberry pudding

that’s right. u heard me! chocolate, peanut butter and raspberries! holy smokes! i haven’t tasted it yet, i gotto go to the gym and then i taste it at breakfast. btw, this week i’m doing all the puddings. had it for breakfast this am and it tasted great! very rich.

moccachino recovery

this am i made a moccachino, but it tasted really bad. so i’ll have to redo it, with less cocoa and i think i’ll remove the cinnamon and chilli powder. they’ll work in a baked good, but not a hot drink. the powders don’t really disolve, so your stuck with floating chilli powders and cinnamon.
